I started 2005 with a snow filled trip to the far North West of Scotland on New Year's Day. I went to visit Peter Cooper in the Netherlands and also got to go to Germany for work for a few days. I went back to Perth for James and Andrea's wedding and made a bit of a road trip out of it visiting large chunks of the east coast on an agressive time scale. I visited Hadrian's wall and Newcastle more than once and also got down to London at the end of the year for Ice Skating at Canary Wharf.
