Photos - 1999 - Dragon Boat Racing

Just after the Shell people turned up at Woodside we got involved in a Dragon Boat racing competition. I competed and had really sore arms and back for a couple of days because it works muscles you wouldn't think that it did. We got knocked out in the heats but came back to win a couple of years later. In the second race we were in the guy sitting next to me copped an oar in the chest from the competitors boat when we collided and ended up with a cracked rib for his efforts. Fay Harris organised the race.
